Filica’s Story

Filica’s journey started back in 2013.
Founder, Ayako Ishii started her small cooking class in her kitchen to share her recipes.
She loves to explore, bake, and eat sweets!

We opened ‘Bake Shop Filica’ in Tokyo in 2016.
We make baked goods and jams that use the highest quality ingredients.

We believe really good sweets make everybody feel happy.

So every day, we do the best we can to make something that people love.
